Owners Richard and Cath Carroll took over the family business in 2006, originally started by Richard’s parents John and Piki Carroll in 1984. The couple have continued to provide top quality products, design and workmanship with the support of a great team.

Linda brings a wealth of experience to our team with her strong background in administration. When she's not expertly managing tasks, you can find her on the hockey field, demonstrating the same dedication and passion she brings to her work. Linda will walk you through our showroom, showcasing the best of what we have to offer and ensuring you find exactly what you need.

Designer
Katie is an experienced Kitchen Designer with 6 years in the industry, holding a Diploma in Kitchen Design. Known for efficiency and attention to detail, Katie excels at understanding each client’s specific requirements. Her passion lies in crafting personalized colour schemes that perfectly align with the client’s taste, making every kitchen both functional and visually stunning.
sue turvey
Designer
Sue’s extensive career in graphic design prior to joining Carroll’s Joinery has enabled her to transfer her eye for design and detail when creating bespoke spaces. At the forefront of her designs Sue’s inspiration combines a blend of creative craftsmanship and innovation. Visiting the 2024 EuroCucina Design Fair in Milan, Italy – she was able to immerse herself in her passion on an international next level. Outside of work hours you’ll find her cruising the countryside on her motorbike.

Amelia has a Bachelor of Design (Hons.), she brings her creative interior design skills and project management background together in her designs. With her clients top-of-mind she loves to develop beautiful and practical storage solutions for everyday life.

Design Assistant
Sarah joined Carroll’s Joinery straight from school and has worked towards a Diploma in Kitchen Design. Her designs highlight functionality and aesthetics with a modern twist. She has an eye for detail and is currently advancing her skills in detailing and programming alongside design. When she’s not at work she’s honing her skills in artistic endeavors, including pottery.

Kitchen designer turned dedicated detailer. Her role is to ensure a seamless transition from the design stage of your dream joinery; through the factory and turning it into reality with the install team.

From the factory floor to your place, Terry makes it happen. Careful logistics, a well-stocked toolbox, a wealth of experience and awesome final adjustments make for a dream fit-out.

An eye for precision, Tony brings his experience and expertise to every project - staircases, traditional joinery, modern cabinetry, designer kitchens and original hand-crafted furniture pieces.

Dale completed his apprenticeship at Carroll’s Joinery over 10 years ago learning directly from John Carroll. Expertly crafting in timber his passion for each project and the wood he works with is always an inspiration.
